How to choose your escape game mission, build your team or make your reservation?
Find below all the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Our escape room are only available after you book your game session online.
Please call us or contact us in order to make a down payment. We will send you a link so you can pay the price of one person during the booking. The remaining of the payment will have to be paid at the reception the day of your game session.
We accept Credit Cards, VISA and Mastercards. It is also possible to pay at the reception by cash. We do not accept cheques.
It is also possible to postpone your game session. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org up to one week before your original reservation date and specify the new date you want.
You and your team have one hour to solve the riddles in a breath-taking room, discover hidden paths and complete your mission.
A typical session lasts 90 minutes : 15 minutes of briefing, 60 minutes of game session and 15 minutes of debriefing.
We ask you to arrive on time, any delay would shorten your game session. Access could be forbidden if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and you would get no refund.
Our rooms are suited for groups of 3 to 5 people. We cannot accept groups of 6 persons and more into a single room. It is however possible to book two different rooms if you have a larger group.
Yes, it is possible. However we would advice only experienced players should try it.
We accept children from 12 years and upwards if adults accompany them.
No particular skills nor knowledge are required to be able to leave our escape rooms on time.
The closest metro station is « Barrière de Paris », on the B line. It is 300 meters away from our building.
If you arrive by car, the easiest way to come is via exits 31 and 31b of the ring road. Free parking spots are usually available in the neighborhood.
Buses 15, 29 et 110 (stop : « Barrière de Paris ») stop near our premises.
Both of our escape rooms are available in english. Please select english as the language during your booking.
No, you can leave the room at all times. A game master will permanently follow your progression to assist you if need be.
We have installed cameras into our rooms to allow the game masters to follow your progression. We do not record any footage.
Our escape rooms are accessible to everyone. However, as we can give visual and audio clues, we ask that you always on your team at least one person who does not have a visual or hearing impairment.
